Salon responsibility
The salon is responsible for collecting and using client data lawfully.
Salonify provides tools to manage data, but daily communication, client permissions, and record accuracy remain the salon’s responsibility.
Bookings and clients
The salon should verify booking time, service, worker, and price before confirmation.
Do not enter unnecessary or sensitive information in client notes unless it is needed for the service.
SMS and notifications
If SMS features are used, the salon is responsible for ensuring the client may receive relevant service communications.
Messages should relate to bookings, services, or necessary salon communication.
Payments and plans
Paid plans may be processed through a payment provider. The provider’s own terms may also apply to payment processing.
Plan features and limits are shown in the application and may change as the product develops.
