Salonify is a salon-management SaaS product for bookings, workers, services, clients, and revenue workflow.

Account data: name, email address, phone number, password, and salon name.

Salon operations data: services, prices, workers, schedules, bookings, client names, phone numbers, notes, and statuses.

Technical data: authentication sessions, general device/browser data, error logs, and security-related records.

To provide the service: signup, login, booking and client management, SMS notifications, payments, and support.

For security: preventing unauthorized access, maintaining stability, and fixing issues.

For legal obligations: accounting, tax, or legal requirements where applicable.

We do not sell personal data. We use providers for hosting, database, authentication, payments, and SMS where needed.

Providers receive only the data needed to operate Salonify.

Account and salon data is kept while the account is active or while we need it for legal obligations.

If you want account deletion, contact us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, financial, or security reasons.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing.
